Refund Policy

Chemical Guys Philippines will issue a full refund given that all requirements are met according to the Return and Exchange Policy. Kindly contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the item.

Incase of out of stock concern, you don't have to do anything as we will process the refund immediately for you. We will refund the amount you paid for the item and shipping fee. For discounted item/s or item/s on sale, the amount to be refunded is the amount you paid for and not the original selling price of the item.
